A motor \(M\) and attached rod \(AB\) have the angular motion shown. A collar \(C\) on the rod is located \(0.25\ \text{m}\) from \(A\), and is moving downward along the rod with a velocity of \(3\ \text{m/s}\) and an acceleration of \(2\ \text{m/s}^2\). Determine the velocity and acceleration of \(C\) at this instant.
